Promotions Terms & Conditions

Our promotion program is designed to reward individual customers (B2C) who use eVisas.io for their visa application needs. The program consists of two main benefits:

• Joining Bonus: A one-time promo balance credited to your account upon successful B2C registration
• Cashback (Discount): Earn Discount as cashback on each successful visa application using your promo balance

To be eligible for our promotion program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Register as an individual customer (B2C) on eVisas.io
• Complete email verification for your account
• Be a first-time user (one joining bonus per person, ever)
• Register after the promotion program launch date
• Comply with all terms of service and acceptable use policies

The joining bonus is a welcome gift to new B2C customers, currently set at AED 300.00.

• Automatically credited to your promo balance after successful B2C registration and email verification
• Available for earning Cashback (Discount) on future visa applications
• Cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to your main wallet
• Valid for 15 months from the date it was granted
• One-time benefit per user, regardless of multiple accounts

Earn Discount as cashback on each successful visa application when you have an active promo balance.

• Cashback (Discount) range: AED 20.00 to AED 40.00 per application including VAT
• Maximum Cashback (Discount) is capped at 40 AED Per Application including VAT.
• Credited to your main wallet balance after successful payment
• Requires active promo balance (uses promo balance to generate Cashback (Discount))
• Applied automatically - no action required from you
• Available for the entire validity period of your promo balance

All promo balances have a limited validity period:

• Promo balance is valid for 15 months from the grant date
• After expiry, any remaining promo balance is forfeited
• No extensions or renewals are available
• Expired promo balance cannot be recovered
• You can check your promo balance expiry date in your account

The following rules apply to promo balances and Discount as cashback:

• Promo balance cannot be withdrawn as cash
• Promo balance cannot be transferred to other users
• Promo balance can only be used to earn Discount as cashback on visa applications
• Cashback earned goes to your main wallet and can be used for future applications
• One promo code per user across all accounts
• Promo benefits apply only to individual (B2C) accounts

The following scenarios are excluded from the promotion program:

• Business customers and travel agents (B2B accounts)
• Users who registered before the promotion launch
• Failed or cancelled visa applications
• Refunded transactions (cashback will be reversed)
• Fraudulent or suspicious activities
• Violations of terms of service
• Accounts that have been suspended or terminated

You can easily monitor your promo balance and cashback history:

• Log in to your B2C account on eVisas.io
• Navigate to your Wallet or Account section
• View your current promo balance and expiry date
• Check your cashback history and earnings
• Monitor your main wallet balance (where cashback is credited)

eVisas.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion program at any time:

• Promotion amounts and percentages may be updated
• Validity periods may be modified for new grants
• Eligibility criteria may be revised
• The program may be suspended or discontinued
• Changes will be communicated via email and website updates
• Existing promo balances remain valid until their original expiry date
