Referral Terms & Conditions

Our referral program allows existing B2C customers to earn rewards by inviting friends and family to use eVisas.io. Both the referrer and referee benefit from this program:

• Referrer: Earn AED 200.00 for each successful referee registration (when referee completes email verification)
• Referee: Receive a AED 300.00 joining bonus from our Promo Program (separate from referral benefits)

• Referrer: An existing verified B2C customer who shares their referral code
• Referee: A new user who registers using a referral code
• Referral Code: A unique code assigned to each B2C customer for tracking referrals
• Eligible Registration: A successful referee account creation with email verification
• Referral Reward: The AED 200.00 payment made to referrers per successful referee registration
• Promo Bonus: The AED 300.00 bonus credited to new referees via the Promo Program (separate benefit)

For Referrers:

• Must be a verified B2C customer with active account
• Account must be in good standing (no violations or suspensions)
• Must have completed email verification
• Cannot refer themselves or create multiple accounts

For Referees:

• Must be a first-time user of eVisas.io
• Must register as a B2C customer (not B2B)
• Must use a valid referral code during registration
• Must complete email verification
• Cannot have previously registered with eVisas.io under any account

Existing B2C customers can find their referral code as follows:

1. Log in to your B2C account on eVisas.io
2. Navigate to your Account or Wallet section
3. Look for the "Referral Program" or "Refer & Earn" section
4. Copy your unique referral code
5. Share this code with friends and family

New users can apply a referral code during registration:

1. Visit the eVisas.io registration page
2. Choose "Individual Customer (B2C)" registration
3. Fill in your personal details
4. Enter the referral code in the designated field (if available)
5. Complete registration and verify your email
6. Your joining bonus will be automatically credited upon verification

Referrers earn AED 200.00 for each successful referee registration:

• Reward is triggered when a referee successfully completes registration and email verification
• Payment is credited to the referrer's main wallet balance
• No limit on the number of referrals or total earnings
• Rewards are processed within 24-48 hours of the referee's successful email verification
• Each referee generates only one referral reward (upon registration)

New customers who register with a referral code receive:

• One-time promo bonus of AED 300.00 credited to promo balance (via Promo Program, not referral program)
• All standard B2C promotion benefits (cashback on applications)
• Access to the full eVisas.io platform and services
• Ability to start their own referral journey and earn from future referrals

You can refer unlimited friends and family members:

• No cap on the number of people you can refer
• Each referee is tracked independently
• You earn separately for each referee's applications
• Detailed tracking available in your account dashboard
• Historical earnings and referee activity reports provided

Referral rewards and joining bonuses are processed as follows:

• Referee Promo Bonus: Credited immediately after email verification (handled by Promo Program)
• Referrer Rewards: Credited within 24-48 hours after referee's successful registration and email verification
• All payments are made in AED currency
• Referrer rewards go to main wallet (can be used for applications and cant withdraw as cash)
• Referee promo bonuses go to promo balance (used for earning Discount as cashback via Promo Program)
• Email notifications sent for all reward credits

Referral rewards may be reversed in the following situations:

• Referee promo bonuses may be reversed if fraud is detected during account verification
• Fraudulent activity is detected on either account
• Terms of service violations by referrer or referee
• Duplicate or fake accounts discovered
• Payment disputes or chargeback issues related to referee accounts

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension:

• Creating fake accounts or self-referrals
• Using automated systems or bots to generate referrals
• Sharing referral codes publicly on spam platforms
• Misrepresenting the eVisas.io service to potential referees
• Attempting to manipulate or game the referral system
• Coordinating with others to create circular referral schemes

eVisas.io reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time:

• Referral reward amounts may be updated
• Eligibility criteria may be revised
• Program structure may be modified
• The program may be temporarily suspended or permanently discontinued
• Changes will be communicated via email and website notifications
• Existing earned rewards will be honored according to original terms
